Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our Forbes dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. We dispatch Forbes units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
Too many Forbes, MN families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Forbes operation differently. Every technician on our Forbes roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Removal in Forbes isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Forbes, MN, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Forbes, MN warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Anyone in Forbes who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Forbes call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Forbes jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Forbes line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
We size the Forbes response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Forbes units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Forbes homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Forbes businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Forbes get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
On top of standard drying, our Forbes crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Our Forbes, MN warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Forbes tech at your door inside an hour.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Tell our Forbes dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
A licensed technician heads to your Forbes address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
Every Forbes job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Forbes paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
